3.1 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and the contractual relationship between KEXO and its customers are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with a purchase shall be the place of residence or registered business address of the website operator in Switzerland.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the laws of the customer's country of habitual residence.
3.2 Products & Orders
KEXO offers art prints, original artworks and individually commissioned creative work.
Standard Art Prints
Our standard paper art prints feature existing artwork and are produced on demand through Gelato and its production partners. With the print on demand we try to ensure the production is as local as possible, however cannot provide a guarantee for this.
No specific safety warnings have been identified for these prints.

Original Artworks
Original artworks are individually created pieces offered for sale. Unless otherwise stated, these are existing artworks rather than pieces created to a customer's individual specifications.
Custom Commissions
Custom commissions are artworks produced according to a customer's individual specifications or personalisation requests. These may include commissioned illustrations, portraits or other bespoke artwork.
Original artworks and custom commissions may use different materials and production methods. Relevant product and safety information is provided where applicable.
Product details, prices and available sizes are displayed on the relevant product pages or agreed upon individually before a custom commission is confirmed.
Product images are illustrative. Slight differences in colour and appearance may occur due to screen settings, materials and production processes. Orders placed through our website are confirmed electronically. Custom commissions may be arranged separately through direct communication.
3.3 Shipping & Delivery
Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination and production availability. Estimated delivery times are provided where available. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout or agreed upon individually for custom orders.
3.4 Customs & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees.
Unless included at checkout or otherwise required by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
3.5 Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your KEXO artwork!
KEXO does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for changes of mind, except where required by applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at kexo.info@gmail.com with your order details and, where possible, photographs.
We will arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
Some customers have statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These are explained in Section 04 and do not represent a general return policy for all customers.
3.6 Murals & Custom Projects
KEXO offers murals, wall art and other custom creative projects on an individual basis.
Each project is discussed and agreed upon directly with the client.
The scope of work, design specifications, pricing, timeline, payment terms, cancellation conditions and any other relevant arrangements are established through written specifications, quotations and/or individual contracts.
Murals and custom projects are not covered by KEXO's standard webshop return and refund policy. Any cancellation, changes or refunds are handled according to the individually agreed terms and applicable law. Nothing in these arrangements excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights.
3.7 Copyright & Usage Rights
All original KEXO artwork and designs are protected by copyright. Purchasing an art print or original artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or commercial usage rights to the purchaser.
Copyright ownership, permitted usage and any transfer or licensing of rights for commissioned artwork, murals and custom projects are determined by the relevant written agreement and applicable law.
